By accessing this website, you are attesting to your knowledge of and agreement with these terms of use. These terms of use may be changed at any time and without notice. Access to Training
In order to access the Training website or some of the resources it has to offer, you may be asked to provide certain registration details or other information. It is a condition of your use of this site that all the information you provide will be correct, current, and complete. If the Company believes the information you provide is not correct, current, or complete, we have the right to refuse you access to this site or any of its services, and to terminate or suspend your access at any time, without notice.
Access Period
The Worker Training courses last 15 months, both in-person and online, and during this period the user commits to paying 15 monthly installments. After this period, the online course student can access the course content indefinitely without any additional charges. If the user chooses to end the course before the 15 monthly installment period, access will be blocked until the situation is regularized. Shorter courses have the same price as the full course and give the user unrestricted access after purchasing them.
Restrictions on Use
You may use this Site for purposes expressly permitted by this Site. You may not use this Site for any other purpose, including commercial purposes, without our express prior written consent. For example, you may not (and may not authorize any other party to) (i) co-brand this Site, or (ii) frame this Site, or (iii) hyper-link to this Site, without our express prior written consent. For purposes of these Terms of Use, “co-branding” means to display a name, logo, trademark, or other means of attribution or identification of any party in such a manner as is reasonably likely to give a user the impression that such other party has the right to display, publish, or distribute this Site or content accessible within this Site. Refund Policy
We follow the law's requirement regarding the refund period for withdrawals, which is 7 days from the release of the product. To this end, it is strictly necessary to communicate the withdrawal through official channels. The warranty period starts from the date the product is released, however, we are not responsible for incorrect information provided at the time of purchase, especially the email for sending the purchase, which makes it impossible to send access to the training. If you make the purchase and do not receive access, notify us immediately and we will respond within a maximum period of 72 business hours. Terms of use of the Training Members Area
Access to the course is for individual and non-transferable use. The student is responsible for keeping the password safe, and is aware that sharing access may result in cancellation of access to the course.
The course relationship is bilateral, that is, it may be canceled by both parties within the product warranty period.
The producer has the right to terminate the relationship in the event of a breach of the terms of use of the course.
All communications with our support team must be made in a courteous manner, and we value good manners in relationships. Disrespectful and offensive complaints are considered a breach of the terms of use, and may result in cancellation and blocking of access to the course, with a refund of the money paid.
The course does not allow two simultaneous accesses, and sharing of the password is not permitted. Our system tracks users' IP addresses. Multiple accesses may block access, which may result in access being canceled.
The course is for individual use, and the student is responsible for their password and is aware that two more accesses may lead to the blocking and cancellation of the course.
Security
Any password used for this site is for individual use only. You are responsible for the security of your password (if applicable). The School has the right to monitor the security of your password and may, at its discretion, require you to change it. If you use a password that the School considers insecure, the School has the right to require the password to be changed and/or terminate your account.
You are prohibited from using any services or facilities provided in connection with this site to compromise security or tamper with system resources and/or accounts. The use or distribution of tools designed for compromising security (e.g., password guessing programs, cracking tools, or network probing tools) is strictly prohibited. If you become involved in any violation of system security, the School reserves the right to release your details to system administrators at other sites in order to assist them in resolving security incidents. The School reserves the right to investigate potential violations of these Terms of Use.
The School reserves the right to fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting that the School disclose the identity of anyone posting an e-mail, message, or making available any material that may violate these Terms of Use.
BY ACCEPTING THIS AGREEMENT YOU RELEASE THE SCHOOL FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITIES RESULTING FROM ANY ACTION TAKEN BY THE SCHOOL DURING OR AS A RESULT OF ITS INVESTIGATIONS AND/OR FROM ANY ACTIONS TAKEN AS A RESULT OF INVESTIGATIONS BY EITHER THE SCHOOL OR LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES.
